By continuing to talk to An (TwiX), you are still arguing with her. There's no need to add unnecessary drama, disengage and if that doesn't work ping mods.
Please ping or message a staff member instead of making passive agressive comments. There's no need to make things worse(edited)

You can, as long as your headmates opting out doesn't stop you from thinking. If absolutely necessary, talking to parts or alternatively median members, or headmates that identify as you, can be useful
Lucilyn: Sometimes you should be a bit more direct with your intentions when leading people, if someone is clearly not getting the intent behind your "Why are you still choosing to talk about this?" as "You can start getting over it by not feeding it more attention", you gotta help them out(edited)

if you re-read you will find that @KiTkAT( •̀ .̫ •́ )✧/jk already did what you suggested in that very conversation: https://discord.com/channels/431579755037589505/431895651266330644/1136040536327860254
it isn't always possible to talk to someone without them taking offense, especially if it's an extremely emotive topic... and it probably was because, according to them, they were previously in a masochism/despair cult
Ranger's response is the correct one; as soon as it gets to drama, disengage
ive never felt head pressures/headaches solely from forcing/spending time with my headmates (im surprised it never discouraged me back when i was first making a tulpa)
